Halloween

Did anyone else feel like Halloween was as big as Christmas this year?
With Halloween being on a Sunday it seems like everyone wanted to make up for that around here.
There was partying and candy all week long.

 Summer the French Dude,  Taylor the Ninja,  Jacob the Wizard on Vacation, Cowboy Joshua, and Kate the Rosie Cheek Witch.

And how fun it was to have my parents stop by quickly before we ran off to our trunk or treat.

I'm still not use to living so close to them and I absolutely love it!

Yea!  And now I am officially caught up with our blog.

Life has been so busy and I'm taking on the task of decorating the girls room, starting with sanding a very big wooden day bed, that is taking forever.

One day soon it will be finished.

Summer's confidence in me is high giving me until the end of the school year for room completion.

I better not have sawdust in my garage until then.

I know I don't have the gusto that I use to when I took on projects, but I'm shooting for Thanksgiving, maybe Christmas.

Hopefully Kate won't grow another 2 inches and shoot out of her toddler bed before then.

Life is good right now, especially amid all the chaos.
