Jacob as "Chip"

This last fall Jacob decided to try out for the Highland Park Elementary school play with a little encouragement from mom.
Jacob just wanted to part of the chorus- no lines, but was given the part as "Chip" instead, and was absolutely perfect for the part.
"Perfect for the part."  was everyone's comment.
My friend Amy Hansen did an awesome job on his costume.
The kids spent months and months practicing.
Mrs. Smith spent months working with these kids and the performance of "Beauty and the Beast"  was FANTASTIC!
She had the kids do the lighting, sound, acting-everything.
It was an amazing experience for everyone who participated.
Jacob can't wait to try out again next year.
