Love these Munchkins

While my children our off at school increasing their minds and experiencing the world,
every so often I invite these little munchkins over to share some of their joy and happiness with me.
They remind me of all that is good and pure.
I let them make a mess of my house and do things that their moms might frown upon, as I relive the chaotic and sweet moments of when my children were this age.
It is fun for me to go back and remember all that was good, and forget all that was really hard.
I love being an Aunt!!!!!!!!!
And wow it is going to be so fun being a grandma in the very very very far future.

The last few weeks I have been able to spend more time with Alexis than any other person next to my own family, 

And I have loved every minute of it.

In answering her dad's question the other day about who her best friends were-
Alexis simply stated, "Dean, Julia, and Christin."
I would definitely say the same of her, and Dean, and Julia, and all my other nieces and nephews near and far.
Next to my own children who mean everything to me,  all the sweet children who are a part of my extended family, are also a part of my heart and I would do anything for them.
To me children equal pure JOY and I am grateful for the light they bring into my life!
